Name: Abbott Bowen

Age: 22

Abilities: He can manipulate the energy in his body to create orbs of light from the middle of his hands and throw them at great distances. He is also quicker than most humans, traveling up to 70 miles per hour on foot. He can jump from a building and have very minor injuries, such as a twisted or maybe sprained ankle.

Personality: Abbott is a very outgoing and sarcastic person. He is often coming up with something witty to say as a retort towards someone in a debate and almost always wins. He always stands up for those he loves, whether they are right or wrong, and believes that family and friends comes before himself. He's a hopeless romantic and is cocky about what he can do in the bedroom.

Background: Growing up, Abbott was always the popular kid. He had a dozen close friends and a hundred or so friends that he randomly hung out with from time to time. He liked to go to parties but never drank. He was was the quarter back in high school, the last three years, and graduated with honors as well as a full ride to Cornell University. At college is when he discovered why he was never really interested in dating in high school. He was gay. He had his first relationship with his roommate who later left him for an old boyfriend from back home.
Heartbroken and unsure what to do, Abbott began to sleep around after his first year of college. It was now his senior year, and he began to feel rather ill. When his health began to horribly deteriorate, he went to the hospital to see just what was wrong. Much to his surprise, he had contracted HIV. They requested he stay over night and he agreed, not knowing what else to lose. Sometime during his stay, alarms went off, people were being evacuated, and he was in his bathroom locked in. He passed out from his body being over stressed, and when he woke up, there were tubes in his arms. All around him were people in suits. He found that when he felt a surge of emotion or energy, he could push it through the palm of his hands and create orbs of light. His HIV was gone, but he had this new manipulation he could have never imagined.

Name: Sawyer Abrams

Age: 30

Abilities: When he drinks a precise mixture of his own creation, Sawyer's body is able to digest it in such a way that it allows him to control the different elements. He is just as strong as very strong man, but not inhumanly so. He can be hurt just as anyone.

Personality: Sawyer is very outgoing but also very respectful. He was taught, growing up, to always put a woman's needs before his own, and to open a door for her no matter who she was. He's very charming and charismatic, as well as has a fantastic sense of humor.

Background: Growing up, Sawyer had always been into how things were made up of atoms and molecules, the elements they held and the certain properties they took on. He was an awkward child, always studying everything as it grew, hardly spending much time doing other things. During school he would focus on his science classes more than the others, and was put on academic probation because of it. Once he sorted that out, he wanted to become a Biochemist so that he could learn even more about the world.
When he was graduated from school, he went to college to pursue his passion. He graduated at the top of his class and quickly began working in hospitals in various cities he was born in. He finally got landed in a job in New York when he mixed some things in his experiment at work, which he wasn't supposed to be doing. The concoction exploded, sending the whole hospital into chaos. When he woke, his lab was covered in men with suits, the mixture all over him and seeping into his mouth. After focusing on certain elements, he found he could manipulate them.
